Send the manuscript
The manuscript is sent as a Word file, except for books typeset in LaTeX, which are sent as PDF.

Manuscript preview
We place the manuscript in the approved print template (16 × 24 cm) to determine its final page count precisely.

Quote and agreement
Based on the final page count, we provide a printing and publishing quote and agree on it.

Contract sent and signed
We send the publishing contract to the author to review its terms, approve them and sign it.

Payment of publishing fees
Fees are paid in a single payment after the contract is signed, and work officially begins.

The author receives a complete file containing:
- The cover
- The full book
- The publication certificate with its ISBN
- Printed copies
Within 10 to 12 days
The author receives 5 printed copies of the book in their final form.
Tip: Send your manuscript early, and count these durations before the filing deadline of your competition, habilitation or promotion file.

Cover design
A front and a complete, finished cover for the book.
Layout in the print template
The manuscript placed in the approved 16 × 24 cm template.
ISBN
An International Standard Book Number assigned to the book.
Legal deposit
Depositing the legal copies and registering the book with the National Library.
E-book and publication certificate
The cover and the full book in electronic form, with a publication certificate bearing the ISBN.
Printed copies
5 printed copies of the book delivered to the author.
